iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding the footprint across health systems, focusing on advancing the Zio platform with cardiologists and EPs.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in medical device or healthcare technology sales and thrives in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and IDNs.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex environments.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities targeting EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators within hospitals, IDNs, and private practices.
• Develop and execute a territory growth plan that emphasizes market penetration and product adoption.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract close and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce.com for forecasting and territory planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
