Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management / Business Execution: develop and maintain understanding of the disease state and guidelines.
• Drive product adoption and achieve sales objectives within territory.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, training, Field Operations and Analytics to support customer needs.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Travel up to 60% as required, and ensure compliant product pull-through.
