Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Territory Manager to drive the launch and growth of its first commercial product across the United States. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and achieve territory sales goals while navigating a fast-paced, entrepreneurial biotech environment.

The role requires strong selling skills, strategic planning, and the ability to travel up to 60% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and relevant treatment guidelines.
• Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and course correct as needed.
• Consistently deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting, and CRM documentation.
• Execute strategic call plans by translating data and insights into impactful, customer-focused actions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to support customer needs and territory objectives.
• Travel up to 60% within territory.
