Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for the United States to lead the launch and growth of its first commercial product.

You will educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption within a dynamic, fully remote biotech environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales, a strong clinical understanding, and a proven launch track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred; other relevant sales experience considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategy as needed.
• Deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
