Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the launch and growth of our first commercial product across an assigned US territory. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, and achieve sales goals in a fast-paced biotech setting.

The role requires strong selling skills, strategic planning, and the ability to work remotely with travel up to 60% within the territory. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharma sales preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty cardiometabolic sales experience preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and building relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to explain complex data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
• Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and course‑correct as needed.
• Consistently deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
