Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to launch and grow its first commercial product in an assigned territory. You will educate healthcare providers on the product, build trusted relationships, drive adoption and achieve sales goals.

This fast-paced, launch-driven role requires strong selling skills, business acumen and the ability to work cross-functionally within a biotech environment. Travel up to 60% within the territory; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years pharma/biotech sales; other sales considered.
• Specialty sales experience preferred (cardiometabolic).
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of hitting sales goals and building relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen to communicate complex data.
• Excellent territory planning and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; fast-paced launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launches.
• Educate HCPs on Mineralys’ product and data.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization in territory.
• Analyze territory trends and identify opportunities.
• Deliver against sales goals and launch milestones.
• Maintain territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support objectives.
• Support regional meetings and company programs.
