Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the launch of our first commercial product in an assigned territory.

You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, and achieve territory sales objectives within a fast-paced biopharma environment. This highly visible remote role requires strong selling skills, strategic planning, and the ability to translate clinical data into compelling conversations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the disease state, data, and treatment guidelines.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and course correct as needed.
• Deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
