Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Territory Manager to drive the launch and growth of its first commercial product across an assigned US remote territory. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and work to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Ideal candidates have pharma/biotech sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel up to 60%. This remote US role offers competitive compensation and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred with other relevant sales experience considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred and proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and course-correct as needed.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and communicate clinical data and product value clearly.
