Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Territory Manager to launch and grow its first commercial product across an assigned territory. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, and meet territory sales goals in a highly visible biotech environment.

The role requires strong selling skills, strategic planning, and the ability to travel up to 60%. This is a fully remote US-based opportunity with standard company benefits and incentive plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and robust sales experience.
• Proven success in healthcare or pharma sales with a launch background preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Build trusted relationships with HCPs, office staff, and decision-makers.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and address questions with credibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support territory objectives.
