Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in the United States to drive the launch and growth of its first product within an assigned territory, educating healthcare providers and building trusted relationships.

You will strive to exceed sales goals with strong selling skills, clinical acumen, and the ability to translate data into compelling conversations with HCPs. Mineralys is fully remote; travel up to 60% within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred with other relevant sales experience considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals; strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of disease state, clinical data, and relevant treatment guidelines.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and course-correct as needed.
• Consistently deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting, and CRM documentation.
