Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to launch and grow our first commercial product in an assigned territory. You will educate healthcare providers on the product, build trusted relationships, and drive adoption while meeting sales goals in a fully remote environment.

The role requires strong selling skills, strategic planning, and the ability to travel up to 60% within your territory. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in pharma/biotech sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred; other relevant sales experience considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand priorities and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, and Analytics to share insights.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
