Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the launch and growth of its first commercial product within a U.S. territory.

You will educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product, build trusted relationships, drive adoption, and achieve territory sales performance goals. This highly visible role requires strong selling skills, customer engagement, and a passion for improving patient outcomes in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex science.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced launch environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of disease state, clinical data, and guidelines.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Deliver against sales goals, call activity, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
