This fully remote role requires educating healthcare providers, building trusted relationships, and achieving sales goals with a fast-paced biotech mindset. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales, strong clinical acumen, and demonstrated success in territory planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience; launch experience preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
• Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Deliver engaging presentations and address customer questions with credibility.
