Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the launch and growth of its first commercial product within an assigned territory. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales goals.

The role requires strong selling skills, scientific acumen, and the ability to travel up to 60% within the territory. A background in cardiometabolic specialties and prior launch experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a launch environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and guidelines.
• Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and opportunities to ensure sales milestones are met.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Deliver engaging presentations and address customer questions with credibility.
• Partner with customers to address barriers to patient access and pull-through.
