Stonhard is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B growth in construction, industrial, and commercial markets. You will meet clients in person, exceed activity targets for quotes and orders, and manage client records in Salesforce.
You will identify new business opportunities, coordinate with installation crews, and navigate a fast-changing environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with home-office flexibility when not in the field.
Competenze
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in construction/industrial/commercial markets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and planning skills.
- Self-directed with ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
Mansioni
- Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls and meet activity goals for quotes and orders.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement sales solutions quickly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs in Salesforce CRM.
- Oversee project management at installation sites coordinating with installation crews; occasional weekend/holiday work.
