Job summary

Verathon seeks a Territory Manager - Airway to cover the Charlotte, NC area with a remote-first work model. You will drive GlideScope sales by building relationships with clinicians and administrators, delivering value-based presentations, and expanding the customer base in your territory.

Requirements include 2+ years of outside B2B sales, a bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel 3–5 nights monthly. Residence near Charlotte is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years B2B outside sales experience.
• Must meet vendor credentialing requirements for healthcare systems.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Residence within the territory; Charlotte preferred.
• Overnight travel 3–5 nights per month; travel to regional meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage the territory to promote the GlideScope product line.
• Generate new business and maintain existing accounts with key stakeholders.
• Forecast sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Engage in strategic planning and provide thorough sales reporting to leadership.
