Job summary

Kemper Corporation seeks a Sales Executive to act as a brand ambassador between Kemper and its agency force. You will grow profitable revenue, build agency relationships, identify new opportunities, and communicate market trends and feedback to leadership.

The role focuses on in-field engagement with agencies and partners, with travel within Dallas/Houston areas and remote Texas work options. Strong communication and data interpretation are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Business or Marketing preferred) or 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• 1+ years Insurance experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Working knowledge of insurance operations: underwriting, claims, marketing, and product.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a plan to profitably grow the territory to meet premium and policy plans.
• Cultivate and maintain agency relationships and partnerships; visit agencies and participate in field sales activities.
• Collect, organize and disseminate market intelligence and trends to leadership.
• Travel within territory; conduct training on underwriting guidelines and rating tools.
• Maintain up-to-date records of field activity, agency personnel and reports.
