Kemper is seeking a Sales Executive who will act as a brand ambassador between Kemper and its partnerships and agency force. This remote role covers the assigned Texas territory, with travel to the territory as needed, and requires establishing appointments with agencies, growing revenue, and gathering market intelligence.

The role emphasizes building and maintaining agency relationships, identifying opportunities, and reporting trends to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Business or Marketing preferred) or 3+ years of sales experience.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced ability to manipulate, segment and interpret report data through spreadsheets.
• Ability to interpret statistical data from company reports and build action plans around insights.

Responsibilities

• Be the brand ambassador between Kemper and partnerships and agency force.
• Grow profitable revenue in the assigned territory and manage agency relationships.
• Identify and chase new and emerging opportunities and communicate market trends.
• Travel to assigned territory; engage face to face with agencies and partners.
• Train agents on underwriting guidelines, programs, websites and rating tools.
