The ideal candidate will be in the field, travel as needed, and possess strong communication skills, driving record, and ability to analyze market data to create actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Business or Marketing) or 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• 1+ years Insurance experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize.
• Ability to interpret data from reports and build action plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize and execute a plan to profitably grow the territory to meet premium and policy plans.
• Prospect new opportunities, agency appointments and visits with current agencies and partners.
• Collect and share market intelligence, competitor changes and product feedback with leadership.
• Train agents on underwriting guidelines, procedures, programs, websites and rating tools.
