Job summary

Kemper Corporation is seeking a Sales Executive to act as a brand ambassador between Kemper and its agency partners. The role focuses on growing revenue, building key relationships, and gathering market intelligence while meeting premium and policy plans.

The Executive will train agencies on guidelines and tools, maintain records, and frequently travel to in-person meetings to drive opportunities and communicate insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or 3+ years sales experience.
• 1+ years Insurance experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proficient with spreadsheets for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize and execute plans to grow the territory and meet premium targets.
• Train agents on underwriting guidelines, procedures, programs, and tools.
• Maintain up-to-date records of field activity and agency intel.
• Travel to agencies as needed and build strong agency relationships.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to leadership from the field.
