Job summary

Kemper in Austin, TX is seeking a Sales Executive to act as brand ambassador between Kemper and our agency network. The role focuses on growing profitable revenue across an assigned territory, building agency relationships and pursuing new opportunities while gathering market insights.

Remote position with travel to the territory; candidate must reside in Austin/San Antonio area. The successful Executive will train agents on underwriting guidelines, maintain records, and collaborate with Sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of sales experience.
• Working knowledge of insurance operations including underwriting, claims, marketing and product.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador between Kemper and agency/partner network.
• Grow profitable revenue in assigned territory and pursue new opportunities.
• Identify and communicate market trends, competitor intel and product feedback.
• Provide training to agents on underwriting guidelines, procedures, programs, websites and rating tools.
• Maintain timely records of field activity, agency intel and paperwork.
