Job summary

Kemper is seeking a Sales Executive who acts as a brand ambassador between the company and its partnerships and agency force. The role focuses on growing revenue, fostering agency relationships, and pursuing new opportunities within an assigned Texas territory.

Although remote, the position requires travel within the territory and residence in the Austin/San Antonio area. You will train agents, analyze market data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support products and underwriting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Business or Marketing preferred) or 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced ability to manipulate, segment and interpret report data through spreadsheets.
• Ability to interpret statistical data from company reports and build action plans around the insights obtained from the data.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Executive will be in the field engaging face to face with agencies and partners.
• Develop and grow profitable revenue, build and maintain agency relationships, and identify opportunities within assigned territory.
• Train agents on underwriting guidelines, procedures, programs, websites and rating tools.
• Collect, organize and disseminate market intelligence and trends to leadership with regular updates.
