Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Territory Partner Manager for remote US to drive partner engagement and growth. This full-time role focuses on re-engaging dormant partners, running centralized outbound campaigns with Marketing and Partners, and delivering measurable results.

You’ll track KPIs, analyze performance data, and collaborate across teams to optimize campaigns and conversions while advancing your career within a growth-minded organization.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound cold calling experience at a SaaS company.
• Coachable, curious, intrinsically motivated; highly organized with excellent time management.
• Sales methodology training and proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Strong sales acumen with experience structuring deals, negotiating and closing; able to build relationships with decision makers across partner organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a plan to re-engage dormant partners by leveraging our Ideal Partner Profile; collaborate with Marketing and Partner Development Managers.
• Execute marketing campaigns to increase new user acquisition and conversions; work on centralized outbound campaigns with Marketing, the vertical team, MSP program, and Partners.
• Engagement: leverage understanding of target partners and problems our products solve to generate interest with prospective GoTo partners and customers.
• Execution: meet or exceed KPIs while focusing on quality; collect, analyze, and report data around performance, campaigns, and operations.
• Growth: share and implement strategies with team to drive business results and career progression.
