Job summary

Lennox is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth across a remote-based territory in the United States. You will identify new opportunities, expand relationships, and manage select key accounts while delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 1 year related experience.
• Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
• Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Knows principles and processes for providing customer service.
• Effective at written and verbal communication.
• Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new sales opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients
• Guide customers in product and service selection based on their unique needs, specifications, and compliance requirements
• Structure deals that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
• Ensure success by fostering strong post-sales relationships and driving repeat business
• Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly account and territory plans to drive sales targets
• Take full ownership of your assigned territory, including market share growth, financial performance, and strategic development of your business segment
