Lennox is seeking a Territory Manager to grow sales across local accounts by helping customers choose the right HVAC and refrigeration solutions. You will build strong relationships, negotiate terms, and plan territory growth while delivering exceptional post-sale support.

The role emphasizes relationship building, communication, and strategic account planning in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree and HVAC knowledge are preferred, with MS Office and CRM proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong abilities in building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time.
• Knowledge of selling products or services, marketing strategy, and sales techniques.
• Knowledge of customer service processes and evaluating satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Intermediate industry and product knowledge.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections based on customer needs, product specifications and applicable regulations.
• Negotiate prices, terms of sale and service agreements.
• Ensure high post-sales satisfaction by fostering long-term relationships and repeat business potential.
• Set account and territory plans on annual, quarterly and monthly basis.
• Focus on local market accounts and may oversee key or named accounts.
• Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives as needed.
