The role emphasizes relationship building, strategic planning, and performance-driven results, with a compensation structure that blends base salary and commissions.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year related experience.
• Strong abilities in building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and time management.
• Knowledge of sales principles, marketing tactics and product promotion.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of customer service processes and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new sales opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Guide customers in product and service selection based on needs and requirements.
• Structure deals to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Foster post-sales relationships and drive repeat business.
• Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly account and territory plans to drive targets.
• Take ownership of assigned territory including market share growth and strategic development.
