Jobot is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive above-market revenue growth across the Eastern region. This remote role covers a large territory with no direct reports, focusing on growing wallet share with dealers and recruiting new partners.

You’ll collaborate with Product and national accounts to align priorities and deliver a coordinated go-to-market plan, while using data to guide decisions and holding partners accountable to performance goals.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of sales experience in a dealer or distributor channel.
• Water treatment experience preferred; dealer channel sellers from adjacent durable goods industries are encouraged to apply.
• Experience selling consumer durables or branded products.
• Proven results in dealer channel sales, including building and executing effective sales strategies.
• A history of exceeding sales targets through strong ownership and execution.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute the regional growth strategy to increase revenue, gain share, and strengthen competitive position.
• Prospect, recruit, and onboard high-potential dealers to fill coverage gaps and strengthen the network.
• Work with Product, national account managers, and other internal teams to align priorities and deliver a coordinated go-to-market approach.
• Develop trusted, performance-focused relationships with existing dealers that drive sustained top‑line growth.
• Use sales data and analytics to pinpoint business drivers, identify gaps, and put improvement plans in place.
• Create and run territory sales plans tied to regional and company goals.
