Jobot is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive above-market revenue growth across the Eastern region. You will grow wallet share with existing dealers, win business from competitors, and expand the network with new dealer partners.

This is a remote role ideally based near a major airport in the Eastern U.S. The role requires 5+ years of sales experience in dealer channels, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate independently.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of sales experience in dealer or distributor channels.
• Water treatment experience preferred.
• Proven results in dealer channel sales.
• Financial fluency and Excel reporting.

Aufgaben

• Build and execute regional growth strategy to increase revenue.
• Prospect, recruit, onboard high-potential dealers.
• Collaborate with Product and national accounts to align GTM priorities.
• Develop relationships with existing dealers to drive growth.
• Use data to identify gaps and create improvement plans.
• Lead training and coaching for dealers.
