Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive above-market revenue growth across the Western region. This remote role is based near a major airport and involves training dealers, expanding the network, and collaborating with Product and national accounts to implement a coordinated go-to-market strategy.

You will manage a 60% travel schedule, recruit dealers, and shape processes within a large, stable enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in a dealer or distributor channel.
• Water treatment industry experience strongly preferred (softening, filtration, RO, POU/POE).
• Experience selling consumer durables or branded products.
• Proven results in dealer channel sales with strong ownership and execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the regional growth strategy to increase revenue and market share.
• Prospect, recruit, and onboard high-potential dealers to fill coverage gaps.
• Coordinate with Product and national accounts for a unified go-to-market approach.
• Develop trusted relationships with dealers to drive sustained top-line growth.
• Use data to identify drivers, gaps, and improvement plans.
• Lead territory sales planning aligned with regional and company goals.
