Qualifikationen

• 2 years retail or specialty pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• 2 years inside or outside sales experience in healthcare/pharmacy preferred.
• Oncology sales experience desired but not required.
• Exceptional probing and consultative communication skills.
• Familiar with oncology providers, drugs, clinic and hospital communities.
• Understanding of oncology drug reimbursement and PBM drug benefits.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Proficient in data entry and CRM software.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage a designated regional territory with a balance of account management and outreach.
• Provide education and care coordination to prescribers for Onco360 products and services.
• Support prescriber experience improvement and work with outside sales to meet targets.
• Maintain timely communication with field sales representatives on issues affecting prescribers or patients.
• Document updates in each patient’s profile and CRM accurately.
• Assist with prior authorizations and coordination to ensure continuity of care.
