Job summary

Onco360 is a leading oncology pharmacy serving community, oncology and hematology providers. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to educate prescribers and coordinate care for all Onco360 products and services. The role targets a designated territory with collaboration from outside sales to meet performance goals.

This home-based position emphasizes consultative outreach, HIPAA compliance, and strong CRM usage to support prescribers and patients across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2 years pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• 2 years inside or outside sales experience preferred.
• Oncology sales experience desired but not required.
• Exceptional probing and consultative communication skills.
• Familiar with oncology providers, drugs, clinic, and hospital communities.
• Understanding of oncology drug reimbursement, Managed Care Medical Specialty and PBM drug benefits.
• Must be a team player willing to accept and promote organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Seeks opportunities for prescriber experience process improvement and collaborates with Pharmacy OPS and outside sales to achieve goals.
• Achieves designated call expectations for assigned prescribers with a focus on top targets and pipeline leads.
• Identifies and develops key oncology practice and hospital-based business relationships within the region.
• Supports education and delivery of key messages and product presentations to ensure territory meets performance requirements.
• Assists with prior authorizations and coordinates with prescriber offices for timely renewals.
