Job summary

Onco360 seeks a Territory Director - Inside Sales (EST) to lead a remote, home-based territory with minimal travel. You will balance account management with targeted outreach to prescribers, driving education and care coordination for our oncology portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail or specialty pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• 2 years inside or outside sales experience in health services preferred.
• Oncology sales experience desired but not required.
• Excellent probing and consultative communication skills.
• Familiar with oncology providers, drugs, clinics and hospital communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a designated regional territory with education and care coordination.
• Serve as a single point of contact for prescribers and coordinate referrals.
• Collaborate with field sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Forward clinical questions to Staff Pharmacists and document updates in CRM.
• Support prescriber relationship, utilization of SPOC tools, and prior authorizations.
