Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Territory Director - Inside Sales to educate prescribers and coordinate care across oncology and hematology markets. This role combines account management with proactive outreach and works as a single point of contact for referrals, with limited travel and a home-based setup.

The base salary ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 annually, plus commission.

Qualifications

• 2 years inside or outside sales experience in pharmacy or health services
• 2 years retail or specialty pharmacy technician experience preferred
• Oncology sales experience desirable but not required
• Exceptional probing and consultative communication skills
• Familiar with oncology providers, drugs, clinic, and hospital communities
• Understanding of oncology drug reimbursement, Managed Care Medical Specialty and PBM drug benefits
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Proficient in data entry, verbal skills, computer skills and the ability to learn CRM

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a designated territory to educate and coordinate care for prescribers across Onco360 products and services
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through collaboration with field sales
• Serve as single point of contact by assisting prescribers in evaluating referrals and coordinating care
• Document updates in patient profiles and CRM with detailed notes
• Coordinate with outside sales to ensure continuity of prescriber and patient care
