Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking an Inside Sales professional to manage a designated territory in oncology sales. This remote role targets prescribers for education, care coordination, and service delivery.

Home-based with minimal travel, you will collaborate with outside sales to meet overall territory goals. The position emphasizes account management, timely referrals, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ retail or specialty pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• 2 years inside or outside sales experience for pharmacy or health services industry preferred.
• Oncology sales experience desired but not required.
• Exceptional probing and consultative communication skills.
• Familiar with oncology providers, drugs, clinic and hospital communities.
• Understanding of oncology drug reimbursement, Managed Care Medical Specialty and PBM drug benefits.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Proficient in data entry, verbal skills and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Seeks opportunities for prescriber experience process improvement in collaboration with Pharmacy OPS and outside sales to meet goals.
• Achieves designated call expectations for assigned prescribers with focus on top targets and pipeline leads.
• Identify, rank, prospect, and develop key oncology practice and hospital-based relationships within the territory.
• Assist with sales escalations and coordinate with field sales partner on prescriber or patient issues.
• Support education and delivery of key messages and product presentations to meet performance targets.
• Forward clinical questions to Staff Pharmacists and document updates in the CRM.
• Manage prescriber communication preferences and nurture relationships to improve loyalty.
• Work with SPOC tool to ensure prescriptions are processed efficiently; assist with prior authorizations.
