Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking an Inside Sales Territory Director to develop and manage a designated oncology prescriber territory. The role focuses on education, care coordination and building key relationships with physicians, NPs, PAs and office staff.

The position is remote with limited travel, offers a base salary of $55k-$70k annually plus commission, and requires strong inside sales experience in pharmacy or health services. Orlando, FL is the posting location.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail or specialty pharmacy tech experience preferred.
• 2 years inside or outside sales experience in pharmacy or health services preferred.
• Oncology sales experience desired but not required.
• Proficient in data entry, CRM use and pharma terminology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an oncology prescriber territory with education and care coordination.
• Meet call expectations and focus on top targets and pipeline leads.
• Prospect and develop key oncology practice and hospital relationships.
• Collaborate with field sales to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Support prior authorizations and coordinate care with operations.
