Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking a Territory Director for Inside Sales to develop and manage a designated regional territory from a home-based role. You will educate prescribers, coordinate care, and drive service levels in collaboration with field teams.

This position offers a base salary range of $55k–$70k per year plus commission, with minimal travel and a focus on oncology care coordination for community and hospital settings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside or outside sales in healthcare or pharmacy
• Familiar with oncology providers and domain terminology
• Strong consultative communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a designated regional territory for prescribers.
• Educate and coordinate care for patients and providers.
• Collaborate with outside sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Document updates in the CRM and manage prescriber communications.
