Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking an Inside Sales Director for a territory in oncology. The role blends account management with active calling to prescribers, delivering education and care coordination for Onco360 products and services.

You will be a SPOC for referrals, work with outside partners, and help ensure service levels with minimal travel. The position offers base salary plus commission, remote work nationwide, and opportunities to grow in a mission-driven specialty pharmacy

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside or retail sales, preferably in pharma or health services.
• Strong communication, consultative selling and relationship skills.
• Familiarity with oncology providers, drugs, and reimbursement basics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a designated territory with education and care coordination for prescribers.
• Serve as single point of contact to assist prescribers with referrals and care coordination.
• Collaborate with field sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Forward clinical questions to Staff Pharmacists and document CRM updates.
• Utilize SPOC and CRM to manage prescriptions and prescriber preferences.
• Support prior authorizations and ensure continuity of care for renewals.
