Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a field-based Sales Account professional to promote Mayo Medical Laboratories tests and generate new business revenue. You will collaborate with CSR and regional sales leadership to develop territory strategies and upsell differentiated tests.

You will travel as needed, manage multiple projects, and ensure pricing alignment with contracts while adhering to Mayo policies and procedures. Bachelor's degree and 3 years in sales required; Master's preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the represented market segment.
• Field-based sales role with occasional overnight travel and extensive travel.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects and exercise sound judgment in prioritizing work.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business revenue and co-develop account/test selling strategies.
• Collaborate with CSR Director, Regional Director of Sales, and clients to implement business plans.
• Identify differentiating tests, pursue upsells, negotiate pricing, and monitor price lock-in.
• Coordinate contract development and execution with regional managers and clients.
• Travel as required to support territory and meet clients.
