Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a field-based sales professional to promote Mayo Medical Laboratories tests and grow revenue within assigned territories. You will co-develop client-specific sales strategies, coordinate with regional leaders, and participate in bid processes to win opportunities.

You will differentiate Mayo’s offerings from competitors, negotiate pricing, and ensure accurate price lock-ins while managing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Field-based sales experience with healthcare or laboratory products is preferred.
• Ability to develop and co-create account and test-selling strategies with clients.
• Experience coordinating bids and presenting to clients during procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Promote Mayo Clinic's core values and sell Mayo Medical Laboratories tests.
• Generate new business revenue and co-develop client specific selling strategies.
• Collaborate on annual sales growth planning and market analysis with leadership.
