Mayo Clinic Laboratories is seeking a field-based sales professional to promote Mayo Clinic Laboratories tests and support integrated health care delivery systems. You will generate new business revenue and collaborate with clients to develop account and test selling strategies.

Working with the CSR Director and Regional Directors, you will project annual sales growth, identify market opportunities, negotiate pricing and contracts, and coordinate execution.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience (remote/home office in territory; relocation not offered).
• Master’s in business, medical technology, or sciences preferred; must be customer focused and adaptable.

Mansioni

• Promote Mayo Clinic Laboratories tests and support community-based health care and integrated delivery systems.
• Generate new business revenue and co-develop account/test selling strategies with clients.
• Collaborate with CSR Director, Regional Director of Sales, Regional Managers to project annual sales growth and market dynamics.
• Identify tests or groups of tests to differentiate in the market and pursue upsells with clients.
• Negotiate pricing, coordinate contract development and execution, and monitor price lock-in.
