Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a field-based sales professional to promote Mayo Medical Laboratories (MCL) tests and help grow revenue across assigned territories. The role supports Mayo Clinic's core values and collaboration with clients to develop tailored account and test selling strategies.

Based from a home office within the territory, you will travel as needed to meet clients, negotiate pricing, and coordinate contract development. Occasional overnight travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with three years in sales
• Master's in business, medical technology, or sciences preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively across territory

Responsibilities

• Promote Mayo Clinic's core values and support community-based health care through MCL tests.
• Generate new business revenue and co-develop account/test selling strategies.
• Negotiate pricing, coordinate contract development, and monitor price lock-ins.
• Collaborate with CSR Director, Regional Directors, and clients to implement business plans and upsell tests.
• Travel as required; field-based role with occasional overnight stays
