Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a field-based sales professional to promote Mayo Clinic's core values and support community-based health care by selling Mayo Medical Laboratories tests. You will generate new business, co-develop tailored account strategies, and collaborate with regional leaders to project growth and optimize pricing and contracts.

The role requires 3+ years sales experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills; master's degree and FACHE certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of sales experience are required.
• Must have excellent human relations, management, and communications skills.
• Master's in business, medical technology, or sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Mayo Clinic's values and sell Mayo Medical Laboratories tests.
• Generate new business revenue and develop account/test selling strategies.
• Collaborate with directors and managers to project annual sales growth and market dynamics.
• Identify tests or test groups for upsell opportunities and coordinate bid processes.
• Negotiate pricing, develop contracts, and monitor price lock-in with clients.
• Travel as needed for field-based sales responsibilities.
