Job summary

HeartFlow, a medical technology company advancing non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostics, is seeking a Territory Account Manager to lead adoption in a defined region. You will engage cardiologists, PCPs, and hospital staff to drive HeartFlow’s cCTA/FFRct pathway and build strong relationships with referring physicians.

This role is remote with about 20-25% travel from a home office; base salary is $125,000 with a total target compensation up to $200,000, reflecting commissions.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, or 2-year degree with 7+ years experience.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field preferred.
• Experience in medical devices, cardiology pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software is highly desired.
• Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of a cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway with strategic Heartflow accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and deploy program development with leadership and mentors.
• Build relationships with referring physicians and key clinical stakeholders; educate on Heartflow value.
• Meet quota and drive cCTA growth and FFRct penetration in assigned accounts.
