Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive adoption of the cCTA/FFRct clinical pathway within designated accounts. You will partner with cardiologists, PCPs, and hospital leadership to grow Heartflow usage and deliver value.

A 4-year degree with 5+ years in sales or clinical roles (or 2-year degree with 7+ years) is required. Travel ~20–25% from a home office; remote work option in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales/clinical experience, or 2-year degree with 7+ years.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field preferred.
• Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology software is highly desired.
• Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of a cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway within strategic Heartflow accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with HQ resources and program development.
• Educate customers on Heartflow’s value proposition and build advocacy among referring physicians.
• Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts and grow cCTA/FFRct penetration.
