Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive adoption of the cCTA/FFRct pathway within a defined US region. You will manage relationships with cardiologists, PCPs, and administrators, educating and supporting customers to maximize Heartflow value.

Expect travel from home office ~20-25%. The base compensation is $125,000 with total target compensation up to $200,000, reflecting earnings through performance and commission.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in medical devices or cardiology preferred.
• Experience building and supporting clinical programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of Heartflow cCTA/FFRct pathway in strategic accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, and Clinical teams.
• Educate referring physicians on Heartflow value proposition and pathway advantages.
• Meet or exceed account quota and drive case growth in assigned locations.
