Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive adoption of its non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostics within a geographic region. You will partner with cardiologists, primary care physicians, and hospitals to increase Heartflow referrals and utilization while traveling ~20-25% from a home office.

You will educate customers on Heartflow’s cCTA/FFRct pathways, build strategic plans with key stakeholders, and collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, and Product teams to ensure program

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in medical devices, cardiology, or related healthcare tech is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication abilities across clinical and account stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of Heartflow cCTA/FFRct pathway within strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support deployed programs and stakeholder engagement.
• Educate referring physicians on Heartflow value proposition and clinical pathways.
• Meet/exceed quotas and grow cCTA and FFRct penetration in assigned accounts.
