Job summary

Stonhard is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B growth through in-person client calls, quotes and orders across the California region. You will identify new business, leverage ZoomInfo and Salesforce to track opportunities, and support installations with project coordination.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in sales to construction/industrial markets, strong communication, and self-directed work style. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related Sales B2B experience preferred in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility.
• Computer literacy including CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee project management at installation sites, coordinating with installation crews.
