Job summary

Staples Inc. is seeking a remote B2B Sales Associate focused on Illinois. This high-velocity role targets net-new SMB customers and leverages a prioritized call list across phone, video, and in-person interactions to drive new business.

You will work from home while residing in or near Illinois, collaborating with product and category teams to close deals and grow accounts. The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience (or success as a Staples B2B Sales Associate) and ~3+ years of PowerPoint,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and secure the required number of appointments weekly with decision makers.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Use prescribed selling tools to prioritize activities and document customer engagement (e.g., Priority List, Tenfold, SFDC).
• Collaborate with customer support/set up teams and category specialists to move deals toward closure.
• Assist in ramping wins and ensuring compliance to new accounts/programs.
