Job summary

ViiV Healthcare seeks an experienced Territory Account Manager to lead key activities on the long-acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales team across the United States. You will thrive in a fast-paced launch environment, engaging with healthcare professionals to promote a new HIV treatment approach and drive account growth.

The role requires 2+ years of pharmaceutical specialty sales, a BA/BS degree, and willingness to travel domestically.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience including specialty sales
• Ability to travel domestically, including overnight travel
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Deliver Results Through Exceptional Sales and Service
• Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment
• Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities
• Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects
• Prepare and execute business plans tailored to the unique needs of each customer
• Coordinate with cross-functional team members to deliver an integrated product experience
• Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive communication
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing HCP problems, needs and requests
• Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals
• Develop and foster external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders
