You will identify opportunities, engage with health‑care professionals, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver an integrated customer experience while navigating a launch context.

A strong track record in pharma sales and domestic travel is required.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree is required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of specialty experience.
• Ability to travel domestically, including overnight travel.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Aufgaben

• Deliver results through exceptional sales and service with HCPs.
• Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt new HIV treatment approaches.
• Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges.
• Leverage data analytics and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
• Prepare and execute business plans tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver an integrated product experience.
• Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing HCP problems and requests.
• Execute plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and scaling successes.
• Develop external relationships with key customers and thought leaders.
• Adhere to compliance, accountability, and values-based culture; embrace launch ambiguity.
